Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom orders or larger quantities may require additional processing time. We will notify you if your order requires extended processing.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (2-8 business days)
  • Express Delivery (available upon request; pricing will vary)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. For express delivery, please contact us to arrange this service and receive a custom quote.

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, holidays, or delays by the courier) may affect delivery times. Hardline Hardware is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hardlinehw@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund where applicable.
